What the solution enables users to do

Automated routing and Coordination of conduit systems

The challenge in the
construction design industry

The industry suffers from unpredictability, low earnings, and unsustainable levels of waste and energy use.

Errors in design and coordination are a primary source of risk, rework, and waste.

Key insights from research & stakeholders

  • Error-driven rework wastes up to 6% of project costs and weeks of time.

  • Manual, linear workflows make iteration slow and costly.

  • Lack of predictive intelligence means engineers work reactively, not proactively.

01

Up to 20% of AEC professionals' time and up to 6% of the cost of a building is spent on fixing errors created during the design and planning process.

02

Up to 30% of new building materials go to waste as a result of mis-ordering and rework, while buildings consume 40% of global energy and resources.

The design challenge
balancing automation with user control

⚡ Problem: Fully automated layouts often ignore practical engineering constraints.

💡 Approach: A constraint-based AI system that allows engineers to set parameters, ensuring designs meet real-world requirements.

Feature #1

Setting requirements
and constraints

Ensuring the right conduit is routed the right way

Users define device and panel locations, blockouts, no-go zones, and conduit run schedules upfront. This ensures that every conduit is routed correctly, preventing mismatches and minimizing errors.

Feature #2

Generating design
options, quickly

Generating Precise, Coordinated Designs—Fast

Users can create and compare fully detailed, build-ready designs in just hours instead of days. The system runs multiple design studies at the same time, making it easy to explore different options and see cost and time estimates for each one.

Feature #3

Easy editing
and detailing

Easy reviewing and export options

Once generated, designs can be quickly reviewed and sent straight to Revit, working smoothly with existing workflows for placement, detailing, and spooling. The process ensures a seamless transition from design to execution.
